A non-refundable deposit of INR 20,000 per person to initiate a booking.
If date of travel is less than 7 days, the full payments will be needed.

Photocopies of the passport (first and address page copy is mandatory for all destinations.
Payment policy:
Full payment is required on confirmation of all services and before departure from India.
Payments for the Indian rupees are to be made in cheque or demand draft (DD) in favor of “Holiday Konsepts Pvt. Ltd.”
Payments for the foreign currency are to be made by cheque or demand draft (DD) in favor of “Holiday Konsepts” as per the prevailing ROE. The ROE as on the date of payments would be applicable as per the Deutsche Bank’s rate.
30 – 16 days: 50% of the total cost
15 – 8 days: 75% of the total cost
7 – 0 days: 100% of the total cost
Visa fees and service charge are non-refundable
No refund either in part or in full will made for any unused part of the services provided in the package.
Overseas insurance policy after issuance is non-refundable.
In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
