Details required for the booking of this package includes - names of the travellers, gender, age and contact number

High season surcharge will be applicable for every booking from Oct 01 to Nov 10 during Durga Puja & Diwali, Dec 20 to Jan 05 during Christmas - New Year and Mar 10 to Mar 15 during Holi

In high season, no refund will be applicable within 30 days of the tour departure date (normal cancellation policy will not be applicable during the above-mentioned dates)

For high season booking, 50% of the package amount has to be paid during the booking/confirmation & rest of the amount must be cleared 30 days before the tour departure date

The guest should always keep cool with the drivers as they are not tourism educated and come from different remote villages

Please inform your guest to maintain the timing for the sightseeing/transfers as per the itinerary

Please note that some of the sightseeing tour/itineraries may change due to the time limit, weather, national holidays, and special events

Packtogo has the rights to alter the itinerary since tours are made in advance and unforeseen circumstances that mandate change may arise

Packtogo is engaged in the business of travel and holiday organizer and does not control or operate any airline, neither do own or control any shipping company, coach or coach company, hotel, transport, restaurant, kitchen caravan or any other facility or service mentioned in this brochure

Packtogo shall not be responsible for any delay, deficiency, improper services provided by any agency, airline, transport, hotel, any service provider, injury, death, loss or damage which is caused by the act or default of the management or employees of any hotel, airlines, shipping companies, coach owners/coach operators/tour operators or anyone who is an independent contractor of Packtogo

There are no charges for child below 05 years of age however, an extra mattress is chargeable

For children between 6-12 yrs of age, 25% of the room per child per night is chargeable

For children above 12 yrs of age, 40% of the room per person per night is chargeable

If the cancellation is done less than 30 days of arrival, 01-night retention will be charged

If the cancellation is done less than 15 days of arrival, 50% retention will be charged

If the cancellation is done less than 7 days of arrival or no show, 100% retention will be charged
