No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.

No refund shall be claimed, if the services and amenities of the hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case to case basis.

All the adventure sports at Solang Valley/Snow Suits at Snow point are on direct payment basis. Both Snow Point/Rohtang Pass and Solang Valley will be covered on the same day and will be subject to weather conditions.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel may charge extra for the same.

Extra bed rates would be charged after 2 full paying persons in a room. However, in case of an extra bed request in a single-occupancy room, double room rates would be charged.

The package does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged directly from the guest at the time of check-out from the respective hotel.

If the cancellation is done between booking dates to 7 days before the departure date, 30% package cost will be charged as the cancellation fee.

If the cancellation is done 07 to 03 days before the departure date, 50% package cost will be charged as the cancellation fee.

If the cancellation is done 03 days to 24 hours before the departure date, 100% package cost will be charged as the cancellation fee.

If the cancellation is done less than 24 hours before the departure date or in case of no show, 100% package cost will be charged as the cancellation fee.
