The above hotels/resorts are subject to availability. In case of non-availability of accommodation at the above hotels, equivalent accommodation would be provided

Hotel, sightseeing, meals, transfers and flights rate might change without any prior notice until and unless it been booked/confirmed from your end

The change in dates will attract re-quote

Normal hotel check-in time is from 12:00 hours on wards and check-out time is at 11:00 hours

There will be an additional cost for an entire transfer between 23:00-07:00 hours (if not stated inside the package)

It is mandatory for guest to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in

The identification proofs accepted are driving license, voter card, and passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in. Note- PAN cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card

All transfers and sightseeing are as per the Itinerary/package and in case of Air-conditioned vehicles, it will be switched off in the hills

Once the booking is done - 20% of package cost

30 days prior to departure - 30% of package cost

15 days prior to departure - 50% of package cost

10 days till the departure - 100% of package cost
