Contrary to popular belief, Goa can be an ideal holiday spot for those seeking some quality beachy days in monsoon. Yes, Goa has a lot to offer over and above the infamous raves and night life. And guess what? It comes cheap as accomodation and transport is a steal in the 'off season'.
If you're a beach bum looking to relax on isolated beaches then make sure to check these beaches out!
Located in North Goa this beach is a part of the famous Vagator Beach and makes the 'Little Vagator' which is much much less visited than the 'Big Vagator'. Make sure you cherish the views from above before going down the beach!
Further North lies my personal favorite beach in this part of Goa- Ashwem. Everything about this beach seemed soothing- A partly rocky terrain, remarkably different dark sand and clean surroundings! Try to catch the sunset at this beach, it is supposed to be spectacular!
A quaint fishermen's beach with not much public around, it is for those who seek tranquility but also wouldn't mind picking up a conversation with the locals around. There is a local bar & restaurant by this beach so you're not missing out on those beers or fenny either!
A stretch of the Majorda Beach, this one was a beach I ended up on by chance and spent the maximum time on! Mildly strong waves, a ton of sea shells on its shore, soft and very very fine sand and barely a few people around. The cutest indie doggos to keep you company though!
