- Booking is not transferable

- Each Guest is requested to carry a valid Govt. ID Proof such as Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID card, Driver's License. PAN Card will not be accepted as per Govt. norms

- If in case the mentioned hotels/ camp is not available, similar hotels will be used or we will realign the itinerary

- Some of the sightseeing points might get closed on particular days, therefore, we reserve the right to change the itinerary, however, we will make sure everything is covered in the best possible way

- Cost given is based on standard room/ camp

- Above cost is only applicable for Indian Nationals

- The rates provided are standard rates and are susceptible to surcharges during special dates, long weekends and Festivals

Cancellation Request has to be sent to us by Email. Such cancellation charges shall also be applicable on reduction of rooms/ camp after initial confirmation.

Cancellation charges shall also be applicable if the guests fail to show up for any flight or train cancellations.

- If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 100% refund.

- If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.

- If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.

- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.
