No refund shall be claimed, if the services and amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case to.
Payment policy:
In the case of a credit card payments, an additional surcharge of 2.5% will be charged extra over the NET payable amount.
In the case of a debit card payments, an additional surcharge of 1% will be charged extra over the NET payable amount.
In the case of an NEFT/RTGS/ online transfer no transfer charge will be levied.
25% cancellation charges if cancelled 30 days before the tour departure date.
40% cancellation charges if cancelled 15 days before the tour departure date.
No refund for after starting or middle of the tour.
