The company will not be responsible for any loss of luggage or any accidents. We are not responsible for theft or damage to your luggage.
You are requested to kindly send us a letter of confirmation with all possible details mentioning the date of arrival and an exact number of rooms to be blocked enable us to hold the booking on a definite basis with a minimum token advance of 50% of the total bill payment.
You can deposit the advance in our in favour of with intimation to us.
The remaining payment should be done cash at Manali head office at the time of check-in.
Before selecting a package, the guests are advised to carefully see the fact-sheet. Any changes after the selection are based on the resort policy.

It must be clearly understood that any changes in policies will always take precedence over the policy stated here, regards which you shall be informed.
During high season, cut off period for cancellation 30 days – nil cancellation.
During high season, cancellation received 15 – 30 days, will incur cancellation charges of one night.
During high season, cancellation received within 15 days of the arrival date, will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to accommodation for the entire length of stay originally booked.
During low season, cut off period for cancellation 15 days – nil cancellation received 7-15 days, will incur cancellation charges of one night.
During low season, cancellation received less than 72 hrs will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to accommodation for the entire length of stay originally booked.
The refund amount shall be calculated as per the cancellation policy. Payments made by credit card will be reversed on the card. All other modes of payments will be refunded by cheque, issued within 7 working days of making the cancellation. The same shall be deposited in your account.
Extension/shortening of stay: for any shortening of the stay, the refund amount shall be calculated as per the cancellation policy and procedure. Extension of the stay is subject to availability.
No show (non-use of reservation): if you are unable to make use of the reservation made with us, then the same shall be dealt with as per the cancellation policy and procedure mentioned here.
Economy room is meant only for two persons-an extra people cannot be accommodated in the same.
Standard and executive rooms can accommodate a maximum of three persons. In the case of triple sharing, a mattress is used as a third bed.
The family room can accommodate 4 people. This room has a double bed, a sofa cum bed for 2 and 1 bathroom.
All the services that are not covered in the package provided, the guests will have to pay for the same.
Any requests for early/late check-in or check out will be subject to the room availability/resort discretion.
The guests need to pay for early check-in/late checkout at a half-day charge in case of up to four hours delay and full-day charge in case of up to eight hours delay directly to the resort.
Meals served at the resorts will be as per the resort's menu and timings. The details of the same shall be displayed at the required places of the resort.
There will be no refund if the guest misses/refrains from availing any meal arranged by the company due to his reasons.
All the bookings are non-transferable without the permission of the hotel in case you change/cancel your travel plans due to any reason.
The company shall not be liable to any loss or damage to the persons and property of the guests arising out of force majeure, out of his negligence or out of the negligence of any independent contractors and their employees.
In any case, no liability on the part of the company arising in any way in respect of any hotel booking shall exceed the total amount paid for the package, and shall in no case include any consequential loss or additional expense whatsoever.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Manali.
