Rates mentioned above are valid for Indian nationals only until and unless specified along with quotation.
Base category rooms will be booked in hotels until and unless specified in the quotation. In case the rooms are not available in selected hotel, rooms shall be booked in similar or higher category hotel.
Above cost is based on the no of passenger travelling together.
This is purely an individual itinerary designed especially for given number of passengers; any increase or decrease in total number of passengers will lead to re-costing.
Seat-in-coach transfers are on fixed timings.
The standard check-in time of the hotels are 1400 hours and check-out time is 1200 hours.
Goods and service tax 5% is excluded against the total cost of booking.
We are not responsible for any visa rejection and is only up to the discretion of the respective Embassy/High Commission
All disputes pertaining to the tour & travel conducted by the company and any claim arising there – under shall be subjected to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
Prices are valid for stated travel period and are of defined validity, any change in the dates will lead to re-costing.
Final hand over (hotel vouchers or air tickets or passports etc.) will be delivered only upon receiving full and final payment
Mode of payment can be any: credit card, cash, cheque, bank deposit, online transfer, If travel date is within 07 days of final confirmation, payments will be accepted in cash, RTGS NEFT or credit card only.
Total amount of the tour has to be paid as per the payment policy and under given time line; in case of non-payment Goin' My Way Travels reserve the right to cancel the tour services.
For any cancellation (if no explicit cancellation policy is specified in quotation) we charge INR 1000 per person as service charge in addition to the cancellation policy of booked airline.

Token booking deposit is non-refundable. 30 days or more prior to the departure: Booking deposit + actual (visa fees, air ticket/ hotels/ cruise cancellation charges)
Between 29 to 15 days prior to the departure: 50% of the holiday cost
Between 14 to 07 days prior to the departure: 75% of the holiday cost
Between 06 days till the date of departure: 100% of the holiday cost
In case of no show: 100% of holiday cost
