Please carry woollen gloves, sun hat, thermal wear, water bottle, woollen socks, towel, light jacket, sunglasses, sun cream, torch with extra batteries/bulbs, muffler, mask, raincoat, sweater, shirt/t-shirt and trekking shoes.

Indian currency notes of Rs. 2,000, Rs. 500 and Rs. 200 denominations are banned in Nepal.

Travel documents & visa:

Clear scan copy of national passport with validity of 06 months beyond the date of return to India. (original to be submitted 25 days prior to travel. (mandatory)

Properly filled booking form with duly signed. (mandatory)

Assumptions of risk releases & guarantee. (mandatory)

2 copies of passport-sized colour photographs. (35x45 mm, 70-80 % facial image, white background and should not be older less than 06 months) (mandatory)

Copy of Pan Card of every guest (mandatory).

Copy of Election Card of every guest (optional).

Health Certificate of every guest (mandatory).

Payment terms:

Booking fee: INR 15000 per person (non-refundable)

Balance payment: 40 days prior to travel

Cancellation policy: (18% GST will be charged on cancellation)

If cancelled 30 days prior to the date of travel: booking amount INR 15,000

If cancelled between 30 to 15 days prior to the date of travel: 40% will be charged

If cancelled between 15 to 03 days prior to the date of travel: 60% will be charged

If cancelled between 02 - 00 days prior to the date of travel: 100% will be charged
