Private vehicles are not allowed from Mansarovar to Kailash. Yatri will be escorted by the ECO-buses only.

Please carry woollen gloves, sun hat, thermal wear, water bottle, woollen socks, towel, light jacket, sunglasses, sun cream, torch with extra batteries/bulbs, muffler, mask, raincoat, sweater, shirt/t-shirt and trekking shoes.

Indian currency notes of INR 2,000, INR 500 and INR 200 denominations are banned in Nepal.

Travel documents and visa:

Clear scan copy of national passport with validity of six months beyond date of return to India. Original to be submitted 25 days prior to travel. (mandatory)

Properly filled booking form with duly signed. (mandatory)

Assumptions of risk releases and guarantee. (mandatory)

2 copies of passport sized color photographs. (35*45 mm , 70-80 % facial image, white background and should not be older less than 06 months) (mandatory)

Copy of pan card of every guest. (mandatory)

Copy of election card of every guest. (optional)

Health certificate of every guest. (mandatory)

Copy of travel insurance. (optional)

Payment terms:

Booking fee: INR 15000 per person (non-refundable)

Balance payment: 40 days prior to travel

Cancellation policy: (18% GST will be charged on cancellation)

If cancelled 30 days prior to the date of travel: booking amount INR 15,000

If cancelled between 30 to 15 days prior to the date of travel: 40% will be charged

If cancelled between 15 to 03 days prior to the date of travel: 60% will be charged

If cancelled between 02 - 00 days prior to the date of travel: 100% will be charged
