GuideHampi is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Karnataka. The place has also once been the pride and capital of the Vijayanagara Empire. The name 'Hampi' comes from 'Pampa', an old name for the River Tungabhadra. Hampi is perfectly perched between the Tungabhadra River on one side and hills towering the city on the other sides. The city, known for rich cultural heritage and stunning architecture has been nothing but pure bliss for travel junkies and a super fun weekend gateway.

- Board a bus/train to Hosapete from Mumbai
- On arrival in Hosapete, meet Bhatakna team at 09:00 am
- Board a local bus to reach Hampi by 10:00 am
- On arrival in Hampi, check-in to the guest house
- You can hire scooter/moped and spend the day by strolling around the place
- Visit Sanakpur Lake and go for a coracle ride
- Roam around the hippie town and have lunch
- Explore the other side of the river and enjoy watching the sunset from the Monkey hill and temple after a small hike
- Return to the guest house and relish delicious dinner
- Rest for the night
- Post breakfast, check-out from the guest house
- Get ready to explore the ruins of Hampi by crossing the Tungabharda River on a ferry boat
- On arrival, check-in to the guest house
- Get a bicycle to explore the famous temples of Hampi - Vithala temple, the Famous Chariot, Kings Balance and other places
- Halt for a short lunch break
- Continue exploring Hampi ruins on a bicycle and visit Queen's bath, Pushkarni, Virupaksha Temple, Krishna temple, old bazaar and more
- Explore the local markets of Hampi
- Later, get a transfer to Hosapete via bus
- From Hospet, board a bus/train back home
- Back to the mundane city life around 8:00 am latest
