AC in Houseboat will operate from evening 09:00 PM to morning 06:00 AM only, if you want houseboat with 24 hours AC facility you need to request it separately.
All Houseboats are on sharing basis unless specified or requested on Private basis.
Houseboats with 24 hours AC are called luxury houseboats which are usually not available on sharing basis
If you are booked for a sharing accommodation, transport or activity, you have to strictly follow the timings (Check in Check out timings, Drop and Pickup timings) so your tour can be smoothly accomplished. OYO would not be responsible for any missed or unused part of your tour
Car will run strictly as per the itinerary and it is not disposal unless it is not mentioned specifically, If customer wishes to go market separately and want to go for a late evening dinner he has to pay directly to the driver
Driver has fixed working hours and his working time is till 8AM to 6PM
Guest Arrival / Departure details along with a working mobile no. detail is important for smoother operations

'Day at Leisure' essentially implies that no sightseeing/activity is included for that day
Your drivers are good in driving with a reasonable communication skills, although they hail from smaller locations and less educated background. At times their mannerism may not suit you, request you please maintain a cordial behaviour with them.
During strikes the car will operate only as per the situation on ground, there will be no refund on unused services for that day, A customer who has to go for an Intercity transfers, Airport / Rail Transfers, They need to leave before strike starts, otherwise they need to wait for strike to be over. Most of the cases you would get information about strike a day or two prior or during your travel, which is completely out of our control but OYO will try and help you as much as you can.
