Confirmation of hotels is totally subject to availability.
Confirmation of package is subject to receipt of 100% Payment; 50% as an advance and balance 50% on or before 10 days of Arrival.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
There will be no refund for unused nights or early check-out (In case of medical condition, it completely depends on hotel policy).
Check-in and Check-out times at hotels would be as per hotel policies; early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.
Complimentary room category upgradation will be depends on availability of rooms and as per hotels terms & conditions only.
Similar hotels will be provided in case selected hotel is unavailable.
If booking is more than 1 rooms in same or all resort in different destination, possibly that rooms should been on different in the terms of floor, location, room size, amenities, facilities etc. (Depends on hotels structure) even in same category of rooms booking also.
Guest can't compare the rating of hotels / resort in hill station areas or tourist spot areas with business city or business class of hotels.
No discount / deduction is applicable if breakfast skipped by the guest while on tour.
Meals on traveling is not included in the package and it is to be paid by the customer directly.
Eshwar Tours reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, Strikes, Fairs, Festivals, Weather conditions, Traffic problems, overbooking of Hotels / Flights / Train / Cruise, Cancellation / Re-routing of Flights, Closure of entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc.,; While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds / compensation claims arising out of this.
The price does not include expenses of personal nature such as Laundry, Room service, Telephone calls, Fax, Alcoholic beverages, Mini bar charges, Tips, Portage, Camera fees, Entry fees, Monumental fees, Rides etc.,
Room heater available in hotel with an extra cost and it is to be bared by the guest directly (Depends on hotel policy and terms).
Driver and vehicle details will be forwarded on your contact mobile numbers which is been given at the time of booking, it will be forwarded to guest 12-24 hours prior of your first arrival points by our staffs. Guest are requested not to take follow up for the vehicle details and driver details.
It is possible that, the details which is forward to you can be replace of change at last movement due to any technical reason or any of the reason also; whereas the same will be communicate duly without any delay.
We are organising the vehicle according to the number of paying passengers only unless specifically mentioned child in traveling schedules.
All guests are requested to satisfy themselves with vehicle or driver within minimum duration of time, if you found any kind of major issue in vehicle like carrier, A/c, wheels, seating capacity, music system of any other things, please inform our operation department on the spot without wasting the time.
Ideal timings of use of vehicle will be from 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM only for all ideal transfer and main mentioned sightseeing only; in emergency case it will be flexible also.
Vehicle booking is strictly as per the itinerary and not at guest disposal; A/c will not be operate on hills.
For the purpose of package tour, individuals above 2years and below 5years will be treated as a child.
No seat allotment for child below 5years in vehicle, whereas if child is above 5years seat will be allotted treating as an adult.
No extra bed will be available for child below 5years in hotels; whereas if child is above 5years then it is chargeable for extra bed.
Tourists are advised not to carry inflammable items, as it is strictly prohibited to carry such items in tourist vehicles; Smoking / Consumption of alcohol and eating is not permitted in vehicles.
Any hike up in fuel cost & changes in taxes structure etc., after date of quotation and even after booking will be charged extra on actual amount of changes and bared by guest either well in advance or on direct payment basis.
All packages are extendable on pro rata basis at the time of reservation only / subject to availability.
Rates may fluctuate during festive seasons (i.e Holi, Dusshera, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Weekends etc.,)
OUR SCOPE OF SERVICES
We are holiday organizers only. We inspect and select the services to be provided to you. However, we do not own, operate or control any airline, shipping company, coach or coach company, hotel, transport, restaurant, kitchen caravan or any other facility or provider etc., that is engaged to provide you services during the course of your tour. Therefore, please carefully note that:
You will need to adhere to the conditions, rules and regulations of each Hotel or service provider. For instance, you will need to check the baggage rules of the airline, you will need to check the hotel rules to check what the meal times are, amenities charges, check-in or check-out timing etc., at which you should make yourself available. Eshwar Tours is not responsible / liable for the consequences if you breach such rules and regulations.
If you cause any injury or damage affecting the service provider, then you may be liable to the service provider and if the service provider recovers any money from us for such injury or damages, we shall separately charge you for the same.
We cannot be held responsible / liable for any delay, landslide, road blocks, government issues, political unrest, natural obstacles, deficiency, injury, death, loss or damage etc., occasioned due to act or default of such service providers, their employees or agents.
NOTE
According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are 1) Driving License, 2) Voters Card, 3) Passport, 4) Ration Card, & 5) Aadhaar Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in. PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
Please clarify total number of passenger including infant and child at the time of booking only, vehicle will be suggested and booked as per the given information only. Last movement no replacement of vehicle will be possible or allowed.
Please clarify the seating capacity of vehicle, type of vehicle as per your comfort level, which you have booked well in advance with company's booking executive.
In case of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason(s) we must be informed in prior.
Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing (either by mail / hand) and cancellation charges would be applicable as mentioned below:
30 days or more before travel - 25% will be deducted
30-15 days before travel - 50% will be deducted
14-7 days before travel - 75% will be deducted
0-6 days before travel - 100% will be deducted
Minimum cancellation is INR 750 per head.
Cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy.
In peak season (example: long weekends, festival season, summer vacation etc.,) most of the hotels charge 100% cancellation.
Refund will be made after producing receipt and cancellation charges will be deducted accordingly.
All refunds will be processed within 07 working days from cancellation date; made in respective accounts / Credit card only and no refund in cash.
No refund or any changes will be accepted at last minute for tour starting / after starting / middle of the tour.
In case of online refund, bank charges will be deducted.
Full postponement / preponement allowed only once with minimal charges applicable; further no postponement / preponement /cancellation can be done.
If a guest instead of checking in at the reserved destination place reaches elsewhere and request for adjustment of the amount, it shall not be entertained.
In the event of the tourists leaving the tour midway due to personal reasons, any claim for refund of money either full (or) part will not be entertained.
Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible effort to waive / minimize the cancellation charges.
