- At the time of booking, we need the pax's passport names along with the arrival and departure flight details (if tickets are not booked by us)

- We mandatorily require PAN card copies and passport copies (of TRAVELLERS).

- 5% Extra TCS (Tax Collection at Source) is applicable for all payments from 1st Oct 2020, applicable on total invoice value

- Check in time at hotel is 1400 hrs.

- Check out time at hotel is 1200 hrs (late check-out requests are usually chargeable).

- Payments must be made as mutually agreed upon with prior consultation or as per the deadline given on our invoice. Non-payment as per deadline will inevitably lead to booking cancellations and cancellation charges might also apply as per hotel policies.

- Mandatory for all visitors to present a negative COVID-19 test on arrival at Velana International Airport. The test must be conducted within a maximum duration of 96 hours prior to departure for Maldives.

- Visitors may require to go PCR test in Maldives before departure. Check with us as per your travel date.

If you cancel your holiday, cancellation up to 45 days – 10% of the land package cost

If you cancel your holiday, cancellation up to 45- 31 days – 30% of the package cost

If you cancel your holiday, cancellation up to less than 31 days – 100% of the package cost

Cancellation as per airlines policy is INR 500 per person per sector as cancellation charges towards Destynasia service fee
