Payment has to be done on the following terms

40 days or more before departure: booking amount: 20% of land package amount

39 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the package cost

29 days or less before departure: 100% of the package cost

Air ticket booking terms -

Scanned passport copies (first and last page) must be shared to hold/book the flights. Any increase in flight fares due to delay in sharing of the passports copies need to be borne by the customer.

DestynAsia Holidays will not take any responsibility in case there is a mismatch in names or any other information shared by the customer as per original passport, in such case all extra charges (if any) should be borne by the customer.

Above payment, the policy is subject to change during peak seasons or as per hotel cancellation policy.

Rates are valid only for Indian Nationals, for any other nationality, please speak to our tour experts.

All international holiday packages are priced on an estimated Rate of Exchange (ROE). The Customer will be charged the RoE as per the date of payment of the holiday package.

Any change in airline fare, visa fees and taxes could result in a change of the final holiday package cost.

Pre-poning or postponing a confirmed tour may result in supplement cost.

In the case of holiday packages where a minimum number of passengers have been indicated by the Customer, any increase or decrease in the number of passengers may result in a change of the total holiday package cost.

Passports should be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of travel.

PAN card copies are required in case of cash payments of INR 50,000 or above per booking.

Final vouchers can only be issued once Destynasia Holidays has received full payment in 2 to 3 working days.

The booking is deemed cancelled if full payment is not received in less than 29 days before departure.

In case of rescheduling after the confirmation of package, INR 1000 will be charged towards rescheduling charges.

For air tickets issued/blocked within the time limit: Full INR component to be collected before issuance, else price will be subject to change

We cannot be held responsible for any 'refusal of Visa/refusal of on arrival of Visa/delay in the issuance of Visa' and applicable cancellation charges shall apply accordingly.

INR 5000 Destynasia service charges (non-refundable)

Cancellation for air tickets: as per airlines policy.

INR 500 per person per sector as cancellation charges towards Destynasia service fee.
