Operator shall make all efforts to provide accommodation in the hotels mentioned in brochure. In the event, a particular hotel(s) is (are) not available, operator shall provide accommodation in other hotel(s) of similar standard.

The tour is based on twin sharing or double accommodation.

On the tour packages, the customer/s will be out sightseeing most of the time and hence the operator has taken care to select hotel which are comfortable whilst keeping cost down. The list of hotels selected for each place are set out in the brochure. Keeping in mind the itinerary, operator takes great care to select the locations of hotels, which are chosen both for their comfort and value for money. Depending on the city and the day to day itinerary and the fact that the customer/s will be out sightseeing most of the day, the hotel may be confirmed either in the city or away from the city centre. A double room has a queen-size bed and a twin room has two separate beds. Requests for double rooms will be subject to availability and in cases when a double is not available, operator will provide the customer/s with a twin room.

Operator recommends a maximum of only three persons in one room. Triple rooms are usually no larger than twin rooms and the third bed is often a roll-away bed or cot placed in a twin room. Modern facilities such as attached toilets with showers/bath tubs are provided. Most of the rooms have private baths or shower. Due to the favourable weather conditions in Europe, hotels do not have air conditioners or fans.

It is expressly agreed that a child below 12 years of age who is booked on the tour paying the special rate without a bed will not be provided with a bed in the hotel while on the tour under any circumstances. In case the customer decides to makes any change in the rooming while on tour subject to availability, then the customer shall be bound to pay additional amount charged to him by the concerned hotel directly to the hotel.

From booking date until 45 days from date of departure booking amount + visa charges + cruise amount (if applicable)

45 to 36 days from date of departure 60% of the tour cost

35 days or less from date of departure or no show 100% of the tour cost

Full payment must be made in accordance with the procedure stated above.

In case of noncompliance there to by the client, the company reserves a right to cancel the tour / booking of then client with subsequent loss of deposit and apply and recover the cancellation charges as mentioned herein.
