If the travel date is more than 30 days, it is essential for you to pay Rs.10,000/- via payment getaway as a token amount to process your booking.

You will receive your booking confirmation along with the resort confirmation number in 2 days’ time after which an advance payment of Rs.10000/- has to be made.

The remaining amount needs to be paid in full in 2 instalments 45 days prior to your date of travel.

If the travel date is within 30 days, 100% of the whole amount is to be paid at the time of bookings.

If the balance payment is not complete and status is not updated in our system at least 45 working days prior to the date of arrival, the rooms booked in your name will be auto-cancelled for all the hotels in the itinerary.

Scanned Pan Card and Passport copies (first and last page) must be shared within 2 hrs of an advance payment. Any increase in flight fares after that need to be borne by the travellers, if the passport copies are not shared on time. If the passport is not available at the time of booking, full names of pax. as per passport is mandatory (Trip To Atoll is not responsible for any name mismatches between passport and tickets which might lead to denial of flight boarding). If the passport has been just applied, the copy of the application is needed to book the tickets/hotels.

Trip To Atoll is not responsible for airline cancellation/delays.

Please note the hotel standard check-in time is at 2 pm and check-out time is at 12 noon. It might change depending upon the hotel to hotel. Requests for any early check-in and late check out is at the hotel's discretion.

Following will be the cancellation charges depending on the no. of days prior to your date of booking:

10% of package cost: 45 days or more

60% of package cost: 31-45 days

No refund- date of booking 30 days or less

No refund for non-refundable flight tickets once the booking is confirmed.

Full refund after deducting the cancellation charges (as per airline policies) for the refundable flight tickets.

Amendments/Changes to your booking can be made 30 days prior to your travel date. Amendment charge is INR 2000 per person.

However, this is subjected to availability of the resort.
