Cancellation of booking is subject to the rules and regulation of the hotel and our service charges are concerned by hand on such cancellation.

Postponement of date will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to availability subject of Manali Jurisdiction.

Facilities will be provided as per the chosen package. EP: room only; CP: room + breakfast; MAP: room + breakfast and one meal; AP: room + all meals.

No change is permissible when one package is confirmed.

If the desired hotel is not available due to any reason whatsoever, we reserve the right to shift our customer to a similar hotel.

Check-in and out time will be 12 am if the client needs the room early then it will be as per the availability at the hotel.

Major sightseeing point Rohtang Pass in Manali is closed on Tuesday.

Under Volvo tours pickup service is not included from airport/station to bus point and from bus point to the hotel.

Between 15 days to 30 days prior to the departure, 50% of the package cost will be deducted.

Between 3 to 15 days prior to departure, 75% of the package cost will be deducted.

Less than 24 hrs to 3 days prior to departure, 100% of the package cost will be charged.

In case of any force majeure/natural calamity, full booking amount to be refunded.

Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy.

Train tickets cancellations will follow the Railway’s policy.

Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airline's company policy.

In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/contractors we patronise.

We do not bear any responsibility to refund any amount for unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc.

For all complaints, suits, claims or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to any products offered by 'The Countryside Travels' will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of Court of Manali.
