Enjoy the picturesque view of meadows, snow-capped mountains, lush greenery, towering mountains, beas river, and rock on the beats of natural music. It's also a jumping-off point for paragliding, kayaking, skiing, hiking, rafting, trekking mountaineering in the Pir Panjal mountains, home to 4,000m-high Rohtang Pass - highest point for snowfall. - Transport: Travelling from Delhi to and fro Himachal Pradesh via private vehicle or Volvo Bus
- Meals: Nutritious and hygienic vegetarian food including tea, coffee and snack at trekking destination
- Accommodation: Comfortable tents or stays at Swiss tent riverside camping and apple orchid camps on triple/quad sharing basis with all basic arrangements.
- Adventure activities: White water rafting, rope course activities and other attractions as mentioned aforesaid
- Insurance: Travel insurance for your trek shall be included in your package. Though your safety is in your hands, so strictly adhere to safety norms
- Leaders and guide: Certified and well experienced trek leader and well versed local guides
- All meals during Transit, other than mentioned in itinerary
- Monument Entrances and fees. Any private or public transportation for sightseeing instead of trekking shall be chargeable
- Cost incidental to change in itinerary due to natural calamities and alterations beyond human control
- Any kind of other personal expense and backpack porter/ offloading charges
The group shall be of minimum 10 participants. Accommodation of boys and girls shall be provided separately
Age limit for participants for our trekking programs shall be 12 or above
Railway tickets are non-transferable. Original valid photo ID proof is compulsory to be brought during the journey, absence of which participant shall be liable to pay penalty charged by checking authorities
Travel schedules is subject to availability of tickets
Schedules may be revised/altered as per the unexpected situations or unforeseen conditions of weather, we shall give our best shot to serve you
Any additional expense due to bad weather, natural calamities or any reasons beyond human control, road blocks, flight cancellation or health issues shall be charged extra. Nor we or our associates suppliers/ hotels shall be responsible for additional expense / obligation
All participants shall be responsible for safety and security of their own luggage. We shall not be liable for any damage or cost of the same
Club Extensive reserve all the rights of the said trip and any misbehaviour or irresponsibility shall not be tolerated
Cancellation charges per persons are as follows:-
a) Cancellation up to 30 days prior to departure - 10% deduction of tour cost
b) Between 30 to 15 days prior departure - 40% deduction of tour cost
c) Less than 15 days no cash refund
