PLEASE NOTE:

· Must follow the SOP provided by the State Government.

· Please carry valid photo Id proof (Voter Card / Passport) & 02 copies of passport size Photos.

· During tour prior mentioned Hotel/Resort/Homestay may be changed/altered due to several non-avoidable circumstances & can be provided another Hotel/Resort/Home stay in the same or upgraded category.

· No Refund will be applicable if the Government imposes further Lockdown. In that case Package will be rescheduled only.

· Rooms/Vehicle are subject to availability & are not on hold.

· Cancellation charges as applicable.

· Cancellation will be applicable only by Email or Written Letter.

· Management is at liberty to make changes or omit any place of visit, if it becomes necessary due to bad weather, bad road, strike or bandh, security reason etc.

· Additional cost arising due to mishaps, political unrest, natural calamities like – landslides, road blockage, etc. will have to be paid on the spot by the guest directly.

· Due to natural calamity, Strike, Bandh, Political disturbance, if the Tour is cancelled, Guests have to pay 30% of the Tour price as compensation.

COSTING NOTES:

Rates may change during festivals or peak season (i.e. 15 Dec 2021 – 10 Jan 2022, Holi, Diwali, etc.).

Christmas & New Year Gala Dinner charges will be according to Hotel Policies.

Any Changes, Upgrades and Add-ons in the tour package may attract additional cost.

Free stay facilities for Children below 5 years in parent’s room without extra bed and meals.

Milk/Meal Charges for infant or children below 5 years is directly payable at hotel.

Children between 5-12 Years & Adults (Above 12 yrs.) will cost extra according to company’s policies.

We have the right to recover a fair amount if child/children age is informed wrong to the company.

Prices for early check in, late check out, rooms for fresh up or any upgrade in room category will cost extra according to Hotel Policies.

Hotels may apply extra cost for using games room, disco, spa, gym or any other amenities. Also, amount paid for the room doesn’t include room heater charges, Mini Bar, Telephone bills etc. The amount for these services will be directly paid at hotel.

Taxi will be used according to the above itinerary. For Extra timings or off route destination extra cost will be levied.

No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services – Meals, sightseeing, Transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other service.

Guests will solely be responsible to bear the penalty charges for inconveniences caused by them during the tour. This includes any damage done to hotel property or vehicle, carrying out prohibited activities, conflicts with other people or any similar disruptions.

Extra cost may be charged due to natural calamities/political disturbances/ new orders passed by government/risks to lives or any other situations over which company has no control.

Freebies and Discounts offered by Ambika Hotels and Travels are for limited time only. After that regular rates / inclusions will be applicable. Thus, guests are advised to book their package before the cut off dates.

 All cancellations are to be communicated in written & charges will be levied as follows:

• 0% cancellation charge before 60 days of travel date.

• 25% Cancellation charge before 60 days to 30 days of travel Date.

• 50% Cancellation charge before 30 days to 15 days of travel date.

• 100% Cancellation charge before 15 days of travel date. (Less Than 30 Days 100% Cancellation charges will apply In Peak Season Dates)

 In some cases, if we are not holding the amount i.e., we have transferred the amount further to service providers, then cancellation charges may be different & will vary case to case.

 The Company has complete authority to change the package costing if in future there is a hike in tariff & taxes on hotels, transportation or any other service that has been provided.

 In exceptional cases like Instant death company can refund the advance payment amount but after deducting its necessary service charges* (death certificate will be needed for the same)
