Should the period of travel, or the number of participants, or the type of accommodation, or the type of transport or the duration of the trip, change the quote will be adjusted accordingly.

Note: Though you may book the holiday for a particular date, your departure could early morning on the same date or late night on the previous date. If you are planning your travel to departure city/airport, kindly make provision for the same.
When a cancellation is made 45 days or more prior to the departure of the tour or for ‘non-payment’ of the balance amount: INR 20,000/- will be charged or the component defined frame
When a cancellation is made 44 to 30 days prior to the departure of the tour: 75% of the tour cost or INR 25,000/- will be charged, whichever is higher
When a cancellation is made 30 days prior to the departure of the tour or in case you are a “No Show” on tour cost: 100% of the tour cost will be charged
