Short-stays and early check out will be regarded as a cancellation.
Normal check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in and/or late check out depends on the availability of room/hotel policy.
Our rates are valid only for Indian passport holders reaching Mauritius from India (directly or via Dubai) and departing to India (directly or via Dubai) travelling through Air Mauritius/Emirates Airlines.
Quotations depend on the availability of flight fares and hotel room at the time of booking. We process the booking only after receiving the initial amount. We require five working days to give you final confirmation on your booking. If we could not get the confirmation from the proposed hotel or flight, we will offer you similar options or will refund your money.
Mauritius Planner cancellation charges are INR 5000 per person, flight cancellation and hotel cancellation as per the policies of same.
Please check the hotel before you book. Mauritius Planner is not responsible for their services.
Booking will get auto released if the payment is not received as per the invoice date and ‘Mauritius Planner’ will not be responsible for any loss.
We will not able to process the booking without passport (first and last page) and PAN card along with initial payment.
We require five working days to issue the confirmation voucher after receiving the final payment.
Mauritius Planner has the right to release the booking if the payment is not done as per invoice instalment dates.
Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
The mentioned itinerary is only on a tentative basis and final itinerary will be given by our planning manager at the time of arrival at Mauritius airport.
The hotel reserves the right to auto-release/deny confirmation for the bookings blocked on time limit basis without any prior information in case of overbooking/stop sales situation.
Hotel reserves rights to relocate the guests to any other similar category hotel in case of overbooking situation at the hotel.
All complimentary water activities from the hotel side are subject to the availability.
In the case of an airline schedule change, we will contact the airline on your behalf and try to come to a resolution however airline's decision would be final. Mauritius Planner will not be responsible for any kind of loss due to flight reschedule/cancel.
Web check-in will do done only from the traveller side, as we are not allowed to do the web check-in as per the airline policy.
While we may make recommendations for hotels, we do not stand guarantee and are not responsible for the services or the hardware provided by the hotel/s suggested by us. We strongly urge you to do your research and make an informed choice.
In case of bad weather, flight cancellation, change of schedule of flights, Mauritius Planner will not be responsible for any refund or compensation of any kind. However, we will make our sincere efforts to provide an alternative arrangement.
Please note that we will require PAN card and passport (first and the last page) of all the travellers for all the bookings at the time of confirmation (as per new guidelines by RBI). Please note that the guest voucher will not be issued without receipt of above-mentioned documents.
