All cancellations are valid only when communicated in writing to us by Registered AD, letter, email and upon confirmation of the same in writing by us.

More than 45 days before travel - Booking Amount + INR 500 of service charge per traveller + Cruise (if applicable)
45 to 30 days before travel - 70% of land cost + 100% of flight charges + INR 500 of service charge per traveller
Less than 30 days before travel - 100% of tour cost
