We may operate more than one group per departure or club 2 groups in one departure due to operational reasons.

Unforeseen escalation in fuel prices, new taxes/levies on hotels and transportation services or any hikes in entrance fees.

Any large tax hikes and new levies shall be payable extra and shall be billed accordingly with reasonable prior notice.

A transfer from one tour to another, prior to the departure of the originally booked tour will be treated as a cancellation on that tour, thereby attracting the cancellation charges as stated here under and a fresh booking on another tour.

Maximum 03 passengers are allowed per room.

Cancellation made prior to 45 days from date of departure: Non-refundable booking amount

Cancellation between 44 - 31 days from date of departure: Non refundable booking amount + 25% of the holiday cost

Cancellation between 30 - 16 days from date of departure: Non-refundable booking amount + 50% of the holiday cost

Cancellation between 15 or below from date of departure: Non-refundable booking amount + 50% of the holiday cost

The above is a general cancellation policy and the same is subject to change depending on the travel date, the destination, the package and the services booked and paid for
