  • The remaining balance should be paid 7 days before the tour begins.

Trek departure is subject to weather and road conditions.

In case of cancellation due to weather or natural disasters, refund will not be issued, but an alternate trek will be offered.

If the trek starts and is later interrupted due to weather or road closure, no refund will be provided.

If the trek is cancelled midway, a voucher/coupon code will be given after deducting charges for days trekked. Voucher valid for 1 year.

Personal returns from the trek for any reason are not eligible for a refund.

No refund for partial completion of trek (e.g., 5 out of 6 days).

Bank charges are non-refundable.

We offer one-time free rescheduling of your Kedarnath Yatra booking.

If you are unable to join the trek due to unforeseen circumstances, just inform us in advance.

You can reschedule the trek to any future available date of your choice (subject to availability).

This rescheduling is valid only once per booking and must be used within the same season or as per trek availability.
