6 Chilled Out Cafes in Delhi From Where You Can Work Too

Do great work, anywhere

As fun as it sounds, the reality of working from home is different. Your dog keeps climbing on your laptop, your mother expects you to help her with the daily chores, your sister wants to sleep in the same room, so basically you're surrounded by the distractions and detritus of everyday life, resulting in inherent laziness.

If this is your story too, I've rounded up some of my favourite wifi-equipped homes away from home in Delhi to get you going.

With lanterns lighting up the path leading to the restaurant, Ivy and Bean is a quaint restaurant in Shahpur Jat, named after an Australian series of children’s books about two dramatically different friends.

You couldn’t ask for a more nostalgic place to bring your laptop and spend the afternoon surrounded by colourful corners and books stocked up on one side and a windy balcony on the other.

The restaurant owners’ idea is that of an “honesty library” – where you can read while you eat, borrow the book, and return it as you wish {as long as you replace it with another}.
