Airfare, hotels and cruise cabins included in the itinerary are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

The availability of the hotel/ cruise/ flight will be re-checked at the time of approval. If the given hotels/ cruise / flights are not available.

Then similar items of the related category will be provided.

The Itinerary given in the quotation is tentative itinerary only. Exact course will be offered at the destination.

PAN card is mandatory for all the travelers who are traveling out of India. Without this information, client would not be able to travel. This is per Govt. of India directives.

Grant of visa (if applicable) is at the discretion of the respective consular office/ embassy. We act as an agent for visa submission and collection of documents and are not responsible for grant of the visa.

The fee submitted for the permission under those cases is fully non-refundable. In fact, no permission is granted, the package will be cancelled automatically, and there will not be any refund for the same.

Agency is responsible for making the reservations for you and is not responsible for any flight delays, flight rerouting, flight cancellation, etc. We will assist you to make any alternative arrangements to the best of our capabilities. Charges for the same will be borne by the client.

Cancellation any time after making the 1st payment instalment till the 2nd payment date: The entire amount paid as 1st payment instalment (deposit) would be non-refundable.

Cancellation after 2nd payment instalment and before 3rd or final payment date: The total amount that was due at the 2nd payment instalment as per your payment schedule would be non-refundable; anything that you have paid over and above this amount would be refundable.

Cancellation after 3rd or final payment date: The full amount paid by you would be non-refundable.
