Itinerary
  • NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport – Gangtok (120 km in 4-5 hours)
  • Meeting and greet on arrival at the railway station or the airport
  • Transfer to Gangtok (5,410 ft.), the capital of Sikkim
  • On arrival, check-in to the hotel
  • The evening is free at leisure
  • Overnight stay in Gangtok
  • After breakfast, start for a full-day city tour (starts at 8:30 am - 4:00 pm)
  • Cover Tashi View Point, Ganesh Tok and Hanuman Tok
  • Also, visit Ranka Monastery, Banjhakri Falls, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre
  • Later, discover Dro-dul Chorten, Institute of Tibetology and Flower show
  • Overnight stay in Gangtok
  • Early morning at 4:00 am, drive to Tiger Hill to watch the sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga (28,208 ft. Worlds 3rd highest peak)
  • On your way back, visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop
  • After breakfast, visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock and Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed)
  • Also, visit Tea Garden (outer view), Japanese Temple and Peace Pagoda (4 hours from 9.00 to 13.00 hours)
  • The evening is free at leisure
  • Overnight stay in Darjeeling
  • Optional evening (4:00 pm - 6:00 pm) toy train joy ride can be done on this day at an additional cost

  • Gangtok - Darjeeling (115 km/4 hrs)
  • After breakfast, drive to Darjeeling via Teesta

  • Get a transfer to NJP Railway Station/Bagdogra Airport for your onward journey
