Base category rooms will be booked in the hotel. In case of non availability, we can book upper category rooms at extra cost if you want same hotel else we will provide same price hotels.
Children age 5-12 will charge as per child without extra bed.
Hotels have their own policies for room heater, WiFi, swimming pool, spa and these can be availed at an extra cost. We only confirm room with give meal plan.
If the trip is cancelled more than 30 days before the starting date, 25% amount of the total land package cost will be cancellation fees.
If the trip is cancelled between 16-30 days before the starting date, 50% amount of the total land package cost will be cancellation fees.
If the trip is cancelled between 7-15 days before the starting date, 75% amount of the total land package cost will be cancellation fees.
If the trip is cancelled between 0-7 days before the starting date, 95% amount of the total land package cost will be cancellation fees.
In the case of no show, 100% of the total land package cost will be cancellation fees.
Note: Number of days for cancellation will be counted by first contract and check-in time and date.
