Slightly disappointed by the scarcity of blue houses in Jodhpur, we decided to hunt down the blue houses. Passing through the narrow streets of Jodhpur we reached Pachetia hills and from there we could spot an area where the density of blue houses was higher. On enquiring we got to know that it’scalled Brahmapuri. We descended the hill and marched towards Brahmapuri and it did not disappoint either. There were plenty of blue houses. But what attracted our attention were the two lakes called Ranisar and Padamsar. Extremely serene, beautiful and not at all crowded. Our excursion was successful because of these lakes. We spent our evening there.
