1) Husky Rides
2) Safari's for catching the Northern Lights
3) Santa Claus Village, it is a bit of tourist trap though
4) City Centre
5) Eat at the second northern most McDonald's of the world
6) Have a walk till the Arktikum
Food
1) Loads of options in the city from Sports Bars to Taverns to restaurants
Travel
1) Public transport is in the form of buses. The bus for Santa Village is easy to identify due to its beautiful red color
2) Cabs are readily available
3) The city is small enough to be covered on foot
Suggestions
1) Suggest use train to commute if u are coming from Helsinki
2) Pack thermals as it can get really cold specially during night safaris
3) Get shoes/boots which are above ankle height as snow tends to be pretty deep.
