All given rates are per person on twin/double sharing basis, until unless specified specially in the quotation.

All given rates at quotation level are based on real-time availability. There may be a change in price between the time interval of quotation and confirmation of the package.

In case of unavailability of rooms in given the hotels due to any unexpected scenario, alternate accommodation arrangement will be made in the similar standard available hotel.

The above-mentioned package may not be available with displayed price during long weekends, national holidays and regional festivals.

In case of amendment in package due to the increase in the number of guests. The difference in cost shall be borne by the client/customer.

In case of any natural calamity or any other force majeure incident, OYO reserves the rights to modify/change or cancel the partial or complete tour package.

Any unused service/services due to any unspecified reason, will not be refunded.

This package and all of your rights and obligations about the same are non-transferable and cannot be assigned without the prior permission of OYO.

Additional vehicle cost for airport private transfers and additional charges for optional activities are applicable.

More than 15 days of departure: 25% portion of the land package will be retained by OYO

100% non-refundable services, if any will be retained by OYO

Within 15 days of departure: 100% of the package price will be retained by OYO

For issuance of non-refundable services in package, 100% advance need to be deposited. Minimum prepayment will be collected while confirming the package.

Cancellation of flight tickets are strictly governed as per the cancellation policies of respective airlines

Cancellation of cruise booking are strictly governed as per the cancellation policies of respective cruise operators

Any booked service of non-refundable nature will remain non-refundable irrespective of any cancellation stage
