CANCELLATION POLICY

a) All cancellations are valid only when communicated in writing to TS by Registered authorized document, letter, email and upon confirmation of the same in writing by TS.

b) Airfare & Cruise cancellation charges shall be charged as per Airlines & Cruise cancellation policy.

c) Visa Fee is Non Refundable.

d) Tickets to any Amusement Park or Sightseeing’s are Non Refundable as per the Operators policy.

e) INR 1000 / Person Service Fee is charged by TS for Any Cancellations Over and Above the cancellation Amount.

f) Kindly find below the standard cancellation policy of TS; however, the cancellation policy may vary as per the hotel / overseas partner & the same shall be applicable:

I. If cancel within 45-30 Day of travel, 50% of the Package Amount.

II. If cancel within 29-16 Day of travel, 75% of the Package Amount.

III. If cancel within 15 Day of travel, 100% of the Package Amount.

g) All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable in case of cancellation for whatsoever reason including non-grant of VISA or deportation or for any other reason.

h) In case of Visa Rejection / Delay, the aforesaid action is at the sole discretion of the concerned embassy. Such cases might/will attract 100% Cancellation and no refund. In addition, there will be additional cancellation charges as applied by the Independent Contractors in case this amount exceeds the cancellation charges applied by the TS

i) For Scheduled Departure Tours, a transfer from one tour to another or a change of departure date before the departure will be treated as cancellation on one tour and rebooking on another and hence will attract the applicable cancellation charges.

j) In case of billing errors, TS reserves the right to re-invoice.

k) In case of dishonored cheques, issued by the Customer in favour of TS, the concerned Customer has to pay INR. 500/- for every such dishonour and in addition TS India reserves the right to take necessary legal action in respect of dishonored cheques as may be advised.

l) In case of any amendment in tour by the Customer or TS, TS reserves its rights to charge additional amount as it may deem fit including additional charges for an infant achieving the age of a Child or a Child exceeding the age of 12. Customer agrees to pay such additional charges and until the same is paid, the TS shall not confirm the travel.

m) For Air tickets being issued: Full INR component has to be collected before issuance, else price will be subject to change.

n) In case of cruises, 100% of the cruise cost paid will be forfeited in case of any cancellations, irrespective of time of cancellation

The above policies are subject to change depending on the travel date, Peak Season Surcharge, Festive Season, Hotel Sold out etc. For the package and the services booked and paid for
