The per person cost for this package is based on a minimum of 6 persons in a group.

After the booking fee (50% of package cost) is deposited, the customer has to deposit the remaining fee on day 1 of the tour after Hotel check-in. This helps us in maintaining the tour smoothly.

Any additional charges/surcharges caused during the online payment process are to be borne by the client.

In case of late payment/non-payment, we reserve the right to cancel the tour at any time.

The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into the hotel.

Your stay does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren’t part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use or tips. The Hotel will charge you directly for these when you checkout.

Hotel availability is subjective to early booking. In case any of the above hotels are not available, we would offer a different hotel which may lead to price change.

Some hotels/homestay/camps in Lahaul & Spiti area do not have a water-based toilet facility. Instead, there are composite toilets available due to water shortage in the valley.

Extra Bed means extra Mattress (In case of more than 2 persons in a room).

It is mandatory for guests to present valid identification at the time of check-in. According to Govt. regulations a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above age 18 staying at the hotel. (Note: PAN cards will not be accepted as valid ID cards)

In the event of cancellation of tour/travel plan/bookings due to any reasons please inform us in writing (info@beinghimalayan.com). Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive cancellation requests in writing. The cancellation charges would vary depending on the time period left prior to arrival and it would be as following.

All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within one business day after purchase, customers will be fully refunded if the orders cannot be confirmed.

Cancellation requests received 08 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 50% of the Tour/Service cost as cancellation charges.

Cancellation requests received 04 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 70 % of the Tour/Service cost as cancellation charges.

Cancellation requests received 48 hours prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 90% of the Tour/Service cost as cancellation charges.

Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.

Group Tours/Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
