For bookings, an advance payment of 30% of the lank package is required as the token amount which can be paid through our payment gateway.

For flight booking, the full amount has to be paid in advance.

After the confirmation of the availability from the hotel/flights/transportation, 30% of remaining package cost has to be paid through net banking, bank transfer in the company bank account only.

In case of non-availability of the hotel, other similar hotel category option will be provided or a full refund will be made to the customer along with the bank interest.

The remaining amount needs to be furnished 30 days before they travel date.

In case of urgent bookings, it depends on the nature of bookings.

Once the payment is received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via mail/phone call.

Your total bill receipt & vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via mail with 5-10 days before the travel date.

15% cancellation charges will be applicable if the package is cancelled 45 days before the tour departure date.

25% cancellation charges will be applicable if the package is cancelled 15 days before the tour departure date.

35% cancellation charges will be applicable if the package is cancelled 7 days before the tour departure date.

45% cancellation charges will be applicable if the package is cancelled 5 days before the tour departure date.

80% cancellation charges will be applicable if the package is cancelled 2 days before the tour departure date.

100% cancellation charges will be applicable if the package is cancelled one day before the tour departure date.
