TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) HOTELS
The above mentioned hotels will only be confirmed on availability at the time of booking. If not suitable alternatives will be suggested.
Please note that check in time to all hotels will be 1400hrs and check out is at 1200hrs
Early check in & late check-out possible to arrange on availability of the hotel.
Note: 100% cancellation applicable on changing the proposed/reserved hotels during the tour.
2) SIGHTSEEING
All sightseeing optional, can visit if guest likes only.
Some sites are subject to time and weather condition and other unavoidable circumstances
E g: safari, whale watching,
At Nuwara eliya, sightseeing & travel not allowed after 8 pm due to mist & fog
Smoking prohibited inside the vehicle
Please note that the transfer duration if mentioned is an approximate only. Transfer durations are subject to change due to weather, traffic, road conditions according to the chosen route or issue beyond our control
2) PAYMENT TERMS
To confirm the bookings you will have to pay 10% of the total package. Balance payable in full 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment is required if tour is booked less than 45 days.
The remaining balance can be paid by cash only on arrival at airport. No any additional charges cost
Methods of Payment
Payments for full or part payment for the travel arrangements may be made either by 1) bank transfer or 2) credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and China Union Pay). If paid via bank transfer, all additional charges and fees related to the transfer will be borne by you.
Credit Card (Master or Visa Card):
There will be a service charge of 3.5% if the payment is made by credit card if the money is to be settled by Master or Visa card.
If the cancellation is done 30 days before arrival - No cancellation charges ($30 service charges)
If the cancellation is done 30 - 21 days before the travel date - 75% will be charged based on the booking
If the cancellation is done 20 - 0 days before the travel date - 100% will be charged based on the booking
