- Hotel Grand (5-star) in Kathmandu, or Similar (twin or triple sharing with attached bathroom)
- Hotel Kalptaru (3-star) in Nepalgunj, or Similar (twin or triple with attached bathroom)
- Hotel Himalaya or Hotel Purang in Taklakot (triple sharing with attached bathroom)
- Paramartha Guest house in Chiugompa, or similar (basic dormitory)
- Shishapangma or Wongda Guest house in Diraphuk (basic dormitory)
- Norpel guest House in Zuthulphuk, or similar (basic dormitory)
- Hotel Simikot Inn in Simikot, or Similar (quadruple or dormitory with common bathroom)
- Local Lodge in Hilsa, or similar (very basic dormitory with common toilet)
Itinerary
Day 1
- Arrival in Kathmandu and meet our officer
- Get a transfer to the hotel
- Check-in to the hotel and relax
- Overnight stay at the hotel
Day 2
- After breakfast, head out for sightseeing
- Enjoy Kathmandu sightseeing tour & fly to Nepalgunj (1 hourr) in the afternoon
- Take rest in the hotel
- Attend a brief program in the evening by our tour manager
- Overnight stay at the hotel
Day 3
- Early morning, fly to Simikot (1 hourr by aircraft)
- Immigration in Simikot then fly to Hilsa (15 min by helicopter)
- After that, there will be a short walk to cross border (10 min)
- Then, drive to Taklakot (1 hour) completing immigration formalities in China side
- Overnight stay at the hotel
Day 4
- Spend the day at leisure
- Rest in Purang for acclimatisation
- Overnight stay at the hotel
Day 5
- After breakfast enjoy a drive
- It will take you from Purang to Lake Manasarovar (Chiu Gompa)
- It will be a 2-hour drive
- Overnight stay at the hotel
Day 6
- Have your morning meal
- Drive up to Yama Dwara (45 min) then start trek to Diraphuk
- It will take you about 5 hours to complete the trek
- Overnight stay at a guest house
Day 7
- Have your morning meal
- Start the trek to Zuthulphuk via Dolma La Pass (9 hours)
- Overnight stay at a guest house
Day 8
- Finish the trek near Darchen (1.5 hours) & drive to Taklakot
- Complete immigration in Taklakot, then exit to Hilsa (1 hour)
- Helicopter will receive you from Hilsa to Simikot
- Stay in Simikot for tonight
- If there is chance of flight to Nepalgunj on same day, we will manage some passengers to fly Nepalgunj as well so that the next day flight becomes comfortable for remaining passengers
Day 9
- Early in the morning, you will be flying to Nepalgunj
- Meet our representative at domestic airport
- Get a transfer to Lucknow in a private vehicle
