I AGREE follow strictly the discipline of the youth camp and abide by the directions of the organizers at all the times. In case of any accident or injury during Camp Activities / Trekking / Snow Trekking & Skiing / Rope course e.g. Burma Bridge, Bamboo Bridge, Balancing Rope, Ladder and Tarzan / Rock Climbing & Rappelling / River Crossing / River Rafting / Paragliding or illness during the Journey and stay, YUVAA PRAGATI ADVENTURE TREKS AND TOURS will not to be held responsible in whatsoever manner. I hereby declare that I am physically fit to participate in the youth camp activities.

Extra charges

I further agree to pay the extra charges for Railway / Road Transportation / Accommodations in case where there is sudden hike or any unforeseen circumstances that may lead to extra cost. In case of cancellation of my participation in camp I agree to refund and cancelation policy mentioned above.

PARENT’S CONSENT (FOR BELOW 18 YEARS OF AGE)

As a parent or guardian I AGREE to that my Child follow strictly the discipline of the youth camp and abide by the directions of the organizers at all the times.This is to certify that my Child is joining Adventure trekking camp with my consent. In case of any accident or injury during Camp Activities / Trekking / Snow Trekking & Skiing / Rope course e.g. Burma Bridge, Bamboo Bridge, Balancing Rope, Ladder and Tarzan / Rock Climbing & Rappelling / River Crossing / River Rafting / Paragliding or illness during the Journey and stay, YUVAA PRAGATI ADVENTURE TREKS AND TOURS will not to be held responsible in whatsoever manner. I hereby declare that my child is physically fit to participate in the youth camp activities,we will delete such information from our servers immediately.

Termination

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 10 days notice (to Active members only) prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

In case of cancellation,

80% of the Total charges of the camp/tour will be refunded

30-21 Days Prior Trip Date 60% of the Total charges of the camp/tour will be refunded

20-11 Days Prior Trip Date 40% of the Total charges of the camp/tour will be refunded

Less Than 10 Days of the Trip Date have No Refund

Only Written Cancellations by post or email will be accepted. Refund should be claimed within month after completion of the camp. Original receipts must be returned to us for refund.

IMPORTANT POINTS FOR LEH LADAKH BIKE TRIPS 2019

Please bring your own USB Pen drive of 32 GB for videos and images to be clicked & shared among fellow riders.

We require minimum strength of 6 riders to operate one group.

We have right to cancel the group if we do not get minimum strength of riders in any group is mandatory.

If there is any additional expenses due to bad weather or any other reason beyond the control of the tour operator on account of hotel stay, transportation, and meals etc. extra bill will be raised. Neither we nor the participating suppliers/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses.

We have right to change the dates of departure within 30 days of given date to you.

We are not responsible for any change in itinerary due to reasons beyond our control like change in flight and train schedule, cancellation of flights/trains, political disturbances, natural phenomenon etc.

We are not covered for any kind of insurance. We or any of its service providers would not be liable in any case for any mishap/ loss etc. Who is doing this trip is entirely at his/her own risk.

We will provide 350cc Enfield as per itinerary.

At the start of the tour you have to deposit refundable security/ damage deposit of Rs.10000/- per bike at our office at Manali.

Damage of bike/Helmet during the tour would have to be paid by the guest.

Driving License is mandatory for rider.

Group members would have to get own riding gears. Wearing a helmet is mandatory.

If we do not get minimum strength i.e. 6 riders in a group then we have right to cancel the group at any time.

We have right to change the itinerary during the time of tour as per current situation like strike, natural disaster,local union regulations.

If any group member wants to leave group in-between the tour then he/she has to pay the cost for transportation of bike from point of leaving the tour till Manali/Srinagar drop ie Rs.10,000/-.

We advise to our all guest to carry their ID proof along with him/ her during his/ her tour.

Before starting the tour all riders and pillion have to fill risk form in Manali/Srinagar.

For any minor or big damage in motorbike we do not claim from insurance company.

It is guest’s responsibility to whom we have allotted the bike to give full amount for damage in motorbike.

All guests will be responsible for safety and security of their own luggage. We will not be at all responsible for the damage/missing / lost luggage. So carry a small day pack bags to carry all expensive things with you.

Compensation for any damage/accident done by you during tour to others property/person would be directly payable by you.

Finally, don’t get worried about the terms too much – these are just to cover for the worst-case scenarios.
