Andaman Island hopping trip is fully customised for underwater exploration, isolated Island tours, lunch, and the sunset. 1. Scuba diving
Scuba diving in Havelock
First of all, we start the trip from scuba diving. We take you to Govind Nagar Beach 3 for the practical training session at chest-deep water. Practical training is a crucial part of making you confident and comfortable for actual scuba diving. During the training session, you get to learn and practice multiple basic scuba diving skills needed for safe and smooth actual diving. The training time may go up to 90 minutes depending on your learning skills. The training process gets over once you are fully comfortable with the actual dive conditions.

Note: We also provide power masks for people with eyesight from -2 to -6.
After the training session, it's time to get into the water for actual diving. The basic rule for scuba diving is to never hold your breath, slow and steady breaths are recommended. Tribe Gate is the recommended dive site for Scuba diving in Havelock and is popular for multiple species of fishlife. Tribe Gate is an oval-shaped big reef located between the channels of Havelock and John Lawerence Island. We transport you to the dive site by our speed boat and there we make you a backroll entry from the boat into the water. We provide one dive instructor for each and every guest to maintain our quality and your safety.
Your dive instructor holds your cylinder valve from behind and slowly descends into the water. The depth of the dive site is 14 meters and the maximum allowable depth is 12 meters for non-certified scuba divers. You get to see multiple species of sea dwellers and coral reefs underwater and your actual dive time will be 50 minutes underwater. Our dive crew keeps a repetitive check to ensure you are feeling safe and enjoying your dive. One extra dive instructor holds the camera and captures your memorable underwater photos and videos. We do provide 2 videos of a total of 4 minutes and 40 photos per person of your scuba diving activity.
2. Snorkeling
Snorkeling in Havelock
Snorkeling is a simple process of swimming on the surface of water bodies while equipped with snorkeling gear like a diving mask, an L-shaped breathing tube called a snorkel, and swimming fins. During snorkelling, you stay on the surface of the water while dipping your head into the water to witness marine life beneath the sea surface.
After scuba diving, we take you to another dive site called Juvis for snorkelling which is located on the shore of John Lawerence Island and 1 kilometer away from the Tribe Gate dive site. The dive site is popular for multiple species of coral reefs and small species of fishlife. Our dive instructors get you introduced with snorkelling gear and provide a short training for the activity.
A dive instructor assists two guests with the snorkelling activity. They swim around the dive site with you to explore colourful species of coral reef and fishlife. Juvis is the best dive site for Snorkelling in Havelock and one additional dive instructor captures photos and video of the activity. The reefs of the dive site start from 3 meters and the estimated snorkelling time is 30 minutes.
Note: Swimming is not a pre-requisite for scuba diving and snorkelling activities, beginners or non-swimmers can easily do it with the assistance of professional dive instructors.
3. Isolated Island Tour
After watersports activities, the dive boat gets back to its origin point and gets ready for the Island hopping trip. Meanwhile, you can change your dress at our dive shop, have some refreshments and relax. After 30 minutes, the boat departs for the Island hopping trip.
We take you to Nicolshan Island through the water channels of Peel and John Lawerence Island. During the trip to Nicolshan, you get to see beautiful landscapes, tropical forests of the Islands, and multiple aspects of nature.
The speed boat takes around 45 minutes from its origin point to reach there. Nicolshan is a completely uninhabited Island and if you are lucky then you can see wild deer roaming around and manta rays near the coastline. We arrange a neat and clean spot where you can have your lunch. We halt at the Island for 30 minutes and after that, we move on to the next destination.
4. Lunch
We provide either veg or non-veg food as per guests' choice for the entire trip. We provide paneer tikka raps or falafel raps in veg and chicken tikka raps in non-veg along with fruits, Juice, chocolate, cookies, chips, and water bottles.
5. Mangrove sightseeing
It is one of the major attractions of the Island hopping trip. You get to see beautiful mangrove formations on both sides of the channel while sitting on the speed boat. Deboarding from the boat is strictly restricted at the mangrove zone due to safety reasons.
6. Sunset
It is the last and one of the most wonderful attractions of the Island hopping trip. We take you to the Havelock lighthouse point to let you experience the sunset. Nature keeps up a wonderful show when the sun and the sea come together. You will have to stay on the standby boat to witness sunset views.
