I started the ride from my Bangalore as it’s my home. I wanted to leave early morning but I left home by 2am and just followed the fasted route through the highways. When I started seeing the light it’s was just 100kms I covered so far. Took couple of breaks for breakfast. The roads were empty as I entered the village bypass. It was raining as the world changed from mountains, forests and even open lands for almost the next 150kms. I was alone so I was not bothered of the time and energy I needed to waste. I reached the place by 9.30Am. The sun was up and you can start to feel the heat. I was more curious to see how the canyon looked in real rather than the pictures I have seen on the Internet. I came across a beautiful fort which was probably from the 30s or 40s and also an oldest village which are basically small huts for families who live their across the roads. I also saw ancient buildings which are still left in that village. The canyon is still further and I was the first person in that area. It’s as beautiful as I have seen in the picture and it’s so real. It’s not a picnic spot as doesn’t have much shade but a must visit place. Its worth riding for 350kms away from home just to see the view.
