A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to visit the so-called Athenian Riviera, the seaside front of Attica. I stayed for three days in a lovely five-star hotel, the Grand Resort Lagonissi.
The hotel has a unique location right next to the sea, on a beautiful beach and it really gave me one of the finest hospitality experiences I've ever had.
First of all, the hotel is set on a hill while the main building and the bungalows are just above the beautiful sandy beach.
I stayed in a bungalow next to the sea, which had a spacious room with a lovely double bed and a small living room.
The balcony of the room was viewing the beautiful beach, while the large glass window , was giving to the space plenty of light throughout the day.
The room was very clean, it had a great view offering me plenty hours of relaxation!
The bed was huge and comfortable, while the spacious bathroom had an individual Jacuzzi and a large bathtub.
The first afternoon, I stayed at the hotel, I had my coffee on the balcony, enjoying one of the finest sunsets I have seen so far, something that I will remember forever!
The breakfast of the hotel was rich, while the hotel's restaurant serves Greek recipes in dishes very nicely decorated. Their taste really excited me
