The picturesque landscapes of Palampur is another famous attribute of the town.

About history of Baijnath Shiv temple: The main attraction of Baijnath is an ancient, Baijnath Temple, a temple of Lord Shiva. Neighboring towns are Palampur. It is about 18kms from Palampur and is a must-visit place in Palampur. According to the legend, the history of Baijanth temple, it is believed that during the Treta Yuga, Ravana in order to have invincible powers worshiped Lord Shiva in the Kailash. I have shared the great history of this place in the video, must watch.
Neugal Cafe: Run by HPTDC (Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation), Neugal Café provides a variety of food and also houses a bar for tourists looking to enjoy their meal along with a bottle of chilled beer. The restaurant has an outdoor sitting area as well. If you want to enjoy your meal sitting in the lap of nature watching birds, snow-covered peaks, and pine forest, and listening to the gurgling water, then Neugal Café is the perfect venue to be at. It is located on a hilltop from where you get beautiful views of Neugal Khud and the Dhauladhar range.
