Online ticket booking for visit to Statue of Unity, the tallest statue in the world is now available on narmadatentcity.info. According to a statement issued by Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Ltd (SSNNL), online booking has been launched with effect from October 31, well ahead of statue’s inauguration by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on October 31st. The statement said the statue will be opened for public visit with effect from 6st November 2018.

Statue of Unity
In the Narmada district of Gujarat, an iconic 182m-tall statue of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel stands tall at the Sadhu Bet Island, Kevadiya. The Memorial is dedicated to the Nation on 31st October, 2018 by Shri Narendra Modi, Hon’ble Prime Minister of India. The Statue of Unity, at 182 metre, is taller than the Spring Temple Buddha Statue of China and double the height of the Statue of Liberty, USA. The site is a memorial to one of the greatest nation-builders, Sardar Patel. It was his charismatic leadership that was able to knit together the diverse parts of the nation into one unified whole. The majestic Statue is enhanced by the picturesque backdrop of Sardar Sarovar Dam and surrounding natural environs.
The purpose-serving monument is equipped with interesting edutainment components like Research Centre, Museum & Audio-Visual Gallery and Exhibition Centre, among many other attractive features like Viewing Gallery at the height of 153m, Memorial Garden, Sound & Light Show and Restaurant & Recreation spots.
