All packages are all-inclusive (lunch on day 01 to breakfast on last day).
Check-in time is 12.00 noon on day 1.
Check out time on the last day is 10.00 am. Guests are requested to vacate the tents at the check out time but can use camp facilities till 12 noon.
There will be an extra charge in case the guests check in/check out at any other time.
In case of a rafting trip on the day of arrival, the guests are advised to reach camp latest by 11.30 am.
The last rafting session for the day will start at 1.30 pm. The days rafting trip will be cancelled if the arrival is later than 1.00 pm.
We regret we cannot compensate where the performance of our duty is affected by force majeure, any incident which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, anticipate or avoid. Such events may include war, terrorist activity, unexpected government acts, riots, civil strife, natural disaster, border closures, fire, road closures, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, land and air travel, extreme weather conditions and other similar incidents beyond our capability to manage.
The company follows a no-refund policy. In case of cancellations due to genuine reasons, the amount paid will be adjusted against future trips.
Personal accident insurance is advisable when booking an adventure tour. People do not fit for trips due to heart disease, chronic illness, physical handicap, advanced pregnancy or mental illness are advised not to participate in rigorous travel programs. The insurance should cover death, injury, theft to the clients' personal property and medical expenses. Activities with the greater risk such as White-water rafting and Mountaineering should be covered.
This is mandatory for all guests to fill up a medical and liability waiver form before participating in the adventure activities. Guests will be charged single tent supplement in case they request for a single tent.
There is no room service at the camp.
Guests must be aware that during the trip certain risks may occur, including but not limited to hazards of travelling on a mountain bicycle, white water raft, kayak, climbing a rock or other adventure activities.
It may also involve accident or illness in remote places without facilities and caused by the forces of nature. The participant agrees to assume all risks associated with the trip and agrees that no liability will be attached to the company or its outfitter, employees or agent, or to any member of the tour group.
Camp/agent accepts no liability in respect of illness, personal injury or death or any loss/damage to the property of participant during the trip, however, caused.
All medical conditions and concerns need to be intimated as per the medical concerns form before commencement of any adventure activity.
Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited at least 6 hours prior to commencement of any adventure activities.
Non-swimmers are permitted but may be restricted to certain sections of the river on the advice of the river guide/trip leader.
People suffering from weak heart conditions, epilepsy, expecting mothers or those with any serious ailment are not permitted to go rafting.
The lower age limit is 13 years for rafting which can be relaxed to 10 years for the easy float trips.
Guests are advised not to carry any valuables/expensive items, the camp will not be responsible for any such loss or damage.
Rafting on the Ganga River is subject to water conditions of the rivers.

In camping, we try to provide the best possible facilities. It’s an adventure location stay so please don’t compare its amenities and facilities to any hotel/resort and other luxurious stays.
