Once The Client and The Company have agreed upon a trekking program/trip - with services, dates and prices specified in writing or verbally- the Client should complete and sign the booking/agreement form.

– Cancellation on the start day of the trek, or no show on the start day of the trek — Unfortunately, no refund.
