If you wish to postpone your travel date for any reason, a rebooking fee may be applicable.

● In case of a missed payment on the scheduled date, an extra charge may be imposed.

● A delay of up to three days or failure to make the payment as per the scheduled date may

result in booking cancellation with zero refund. If there is any expected delay, please inform us

in advance.

● In case of unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to assist, but we cannot be

held responsible for services that become undeliverable due to such situations.

● Air conditioning will not function in hilly areas.

● Hotel availability and rates are subject to change.

● Early check-in and early checkout are subject to hotel availability and may incur additional

charges.

● If the specified hotel is sold out, a similar hotel will be provided.

● Rates are subject to room availability at the time of booking and may change based on the

selected category.

● For airfare bookings, full airfare payment is required at the time of booking.

● Rooms are yet to be blocked, and availability is limited. If the given hotels are unavailable,

alternative accommodations of a similar category will be provided.

● Adventure activities, hiking, trekking, and union cab services are not included and must be

paid for separately by the traveler.

Regardless of reason, cancellations are costly. To offset these costs, the following fees will apply.

If you cancel, non-recoverable expenses of Rs. 1500 per person will be charged and over and

above that the following will be charged on cancellation of a tour

Canceled before 30 days or more prior to trip start date: 35 % of total package cost

Canceled between 15 – 30 days prior to trip start date: 50 % of total package cost

Canceled between 14 days to 7 days prior to trip start date: 80 % of total package cost

Cancellation less than 7 Days prior to trip start date: 100 % of package cost will be charged
