Nag Tibba trek serves as the home to several endangered wildlife species like Brown Bear, Himalayan Mouse Hare and Musk Deer and Leopard.
The best time to do the Nag Tibba Trek in Uttarakhand Himalayas is in the summer months, from April to July. In the winter months, from September to December. If you love to experience snow trekking, the best months to travel to Nag Tibba would be January to March.

- Drive from Dehradun to Pantwari village via Mussoorie, Kempty falls. Reach Pantwari village starting point of the trek. Pantwari village is located in Dhanaulti Tehsil of Tehri Garhwal district in Uttarakhand. Trekkers can see many species of birds, mountain peaks and rhododendron trees. The native language of pantwari is Hindi and Sanskrit. The total trekking distance from Pantwari to NagTibba summit is 8km
