The outstanding balance should be settled 30 days before arrival date.

Amount of payment is NET. The client should bear the extra bank fee at their end.

Payment in full requested for trip starting date lesser than 30 days at the time of booking.

Cancellation should be made in writing to Book and Go, managed by Insight Asia Travel

60 days prior to arrival date: No cancellation fee applied.

59 – 30 days prior to arrival date: 10% of the total booking price.

29 – 15 days prior to arrival date: 20% of the total amount

14 – 8 days prior to arrival date: 50% of the total amount

7 days prior to arrival date: 100% of the total amount

No show: 100% of the total price of the booking will be charged

Unused Services: Non- refundable for any unused service after the trip has commenced
