Known mainly for famous attractions such as the Vyas Cave, Bhakra Dam, Swarghat and Nanina Devi, this is a place at around 80 kilometers from Shimla in the Bilaspur district itself. This is a planned hill station of India and is a land of Seven Hills. These are namely Naina Devi, Kot, Jhanjiar, Tiun, Bandala, Bahadurpur and Rattanpur. The Govind Sagar Lake is also a major attraction here. This town is also famous for year round fairs and festivals which bring out the real essence of Himachal Pradesh. So much color and happiness in one place is quite amazing.

If you like history, culture and nature, then you will love Jabalpur. Located in Madhya Pradesh, the city has a lot to offer travellers – from temples to forts and nature to wildlife. The most famous tourist spot is the Dhuandhar Falls in Bhedaghat that flows with immense power. The water makes its way through the well-known marble rocks that cast myriad-coloured shadows all across the landscape. For those interested in history, the Chauragarh Fort and Rani Durgavati Memorial and Museum make for an interesting tour. The Dumna Nature Reserve Park is a great place for birdwatching, though the only animals you'll find here are crocodiles. End your tour by offering prayers at the Hanumantal Bada Jain Mandir, which was constructed in the 17th century. Jabalpur has its own airport and frequent flights are available from all major cities of India. Jabalpur also has a railway station that lies on very prominent rail routes.

Who wouldn't want to touch the nature from the closest. Chhattisgarh has abundance of nature just the way to reach the right spot is unknown or should I say not much advertised. Many of you would be unaware of this place, just a 100 km drive from raipur would take you to a whole new experience. Barnawapara wildlife sanctuary is spread in a small diameter of 30 km. We started off from raipur airport at 09:30 am and took NH 53 there is a left turn from patewa. As you drive for another 10 km you get to see lush green lands and lucky you may be to spot a few wildlife. As you drive straight you reach a forest dept. Check post which charges you 25 rs per person and 100 rs per vehicle. Don't throw away this reciept as this would be checked at many places. From the check post you can either continue to jungle safari or go nd rest your self in a hotel. Please make prior online or telephonic bookings or else you won't find a place to settle. There are a few resorts like muba's machan, Moira resort, dev Hills resort or you can choose the forest guest house or chhattisgarh tourism hotel. We went without booking but were lucky enough to find a place at muba's machan. Wonderful resort with tree houses to live on and a big ground to accommodate various sports, camp fire etc. They charge 4500 per couple including all meals, we were 4 in number so we paid 6700 for a single room, dont forget to ask for discount. Talking of the jungle safari it starts at 6am to 12 pm and 3 pm to 6 pm. You can either go in on your own vehicle or hire a gypsy for 1200 rs and 200 rs for guide. Gypsy is anytime preferred. You might not come across many wildlife animals as this place has got limited species like wild boar, deer, byson, monkeys, Peacock nd a few leopards, but the experience of such dense forest is amazing. If you are going in winters dont forget to bring along lots of winter wear as the night temperature is aroung 4-5 degrees. We did a evening safari and a morning safari. It is a wonderful destination for all age groups and families. Muba's machaan is recommended for the stay. People in raipur should atleast visit once and experience it themselves. Enjoy the trip people...
